Live Shows - NYC

Spring is (almost) here, so this feels somewhat appropriate.

I’ve decided to do some live shows in New York City over the next few weeks/months.

These aren’t going to be industry panels or book launches - they likely won’t even be related to books. I’m thinking of them as creative experiments.

I am not a performer or actress. But there have been so many artists who’ve inspired me to rethink how I create, that I wanted to try something new. I’m also making my way through Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way (although it’s too early for me to say if it’s having an impact.) Lastly, public speaking doesn’t come naturally to me - so this is also a way for me to get better at it.

Because this is so new, I won’t be posting dates or venues online, but if you’re in New York City and want to come support, drop me a line and I’ll let you know when I’ll be taking the stage.
